INTRODUCTION

Mechwatt Air Conditioning Co. started its operation in Dubai in 1984 under a license from M/S. Khalifa Al Merry Contracting Est., started operation under a separate license in 1990, and changed the activity scope into electromechanical works in 2002.

The company is presently registered under the name of Mechwatt Electromechanical Works L.L.C. and owned by Emirates International Holding Group and Enginer Boutros Houchaime.

(Mechwatt) has executed more than 1500 central air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting projects, beside a variety of specialized projects in process cooling, pharmaceuticals, domestic water cooling, and solar heating systems. The company has been growing steadily and enjoys an excellent reputation for quality air conditioning installation with prestigious clients such as Etisalat, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Julphar Pharmaceuticals, ADNOC,
Dubai Police etc... .. .

(Mechwatt) employs a team of well trained, experienced, and motivated professional engineers, accountants, quantity surveyors, draftsmen, and managers who work in close co-ordination to offer the clients high quality and timely execution of electromechanical projects with a comprehensive aftersales service for all installed systems.

In line with its expansion plan, the company has installed a fully automated duct fabrication facility operated by state of the art software that is being used for the first time in the area. The facility is capable of producing more than 15000 square feet of sheet metal ductwork per day through a sophisticated set of 'shear-&-fold' and plaxma cutting equipment.
